Nakiisa ang inyong lingkod Konsehal Marffin Dulay, sa Philippine Civil Service Anniversary 2022 Kick-off Ceremony ng ating LGU Sablayan, September 5, 2022.
Masayang sinimulan ito ng Banal na Misa sa ating LGU Main, Pagkatapos isinagawa ang Motorcade patungo sa ating Sablayan Sports Complex. Nagkaroon ng Banner Raising at Zumba Competition at agad na isinabay ang Sports Feast o iba’t ibang palaro.
Nakasama natin ang ating Mahal na Mayor Bong Marquez, Vice-Mayor Edwin N. Mintu , mga kapwa Konsehal, Department Heads at mga lingkod bayan o kasamahan natin sa pagseserbisyo/trabaho sa ating Bayan.

Let’s celebrate 122 Years of Public Service this Civil Service Month!
Spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) looks back on the establishment of the Philippine Civil Service by virtue of Public Law No. 5 or An Act for the Establishment and Maintenance of an Effective and Honest Civil Service in the Philippine Islands on September 19, 1900.
Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, series of 1997, proclaiming the month September as the Civil Service month, the 2022 PCSA is continuing the 10-year theme “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes”. This year’s focus is on “resilience” as we honor the efforts of the civil service in the digital transformation and innovation towards the new normal, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
With this, the CSC has organized a month-long celebration activities for all government agencies and workers.
As a gesture of gratitude and appreciation for their competence and commitment, CSC is giving special treats to all government employees for the whole month of September.
