Guidelines: The competition is open to all youth within the municipality of Sablayan. For all the aspiring participants, no age requirements. (Individual or a group entry).

🔴Relevance to the Theme – 30%
🔴Originality, Consistency of Story / Content (Authenticity of Details) – 40%
🔴Creativity and Video Quality – 20%
🔴Netizen Impact – 10%
🏆Awards and prizes for the contest are as follows:

🔴2nd placer- 3,000.00
🔴3rd placer- 2,000.00
🔴Consolation Prizes – 1,000.00
