The Local Government Unit of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, on the occasion of its 120th Founding Anniversary Celebration held January 27, 2022, recognizes and appreciates the effort and support of the OIC – Municipal Administrator Buena Fe. F Quiatchon, in conceptualizing the theme β Sablayan: 12 Dekadang Singkad, Patuloy sa Pag-unladβ and Alvin B. Seniel, a local Visual Arts Specialist and Teacher, in designing the official logo of the Dugoy Festival for two consecutive years (2021-2022).
